LOCATION: SOUTH WEST OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA
NHG Agriculture brokered a deal between this 100% owned, Australian orchard located in the South West of Western Australia. The deal stipulated the investor would obtain a 100% ownership of the property. The previous owners were involved in a hand over the process of 2 years to ensure a smooth transition from current management to NHG Agriculture management on behalf of the investor.
The orchard was run from day one allowing for a secure income stream. An agriculture injection from the investor (managed by NHG Agriculture) saw the expansion of the farm to now produce Avocados. The farm has now two diverse income streams allowing our investor to now own a more risk-free asset and increasing agriculture in the asset.
